Science Fair

In Te Ngahere for science fair this year my group were doing what fertilizer makes caliory grow faster. But the six fertilizers we used were called, Multi Max, Acid Food, Tomato Foods, Kiwi Garden, Fert Pellets and Garden Blender. After 2 days of that the plant’s needed some sun, so we took the plant’s out into the sun and the planting class Te Mounga planted our plant’s in there garden. So my teachers came up with another project and that project was what is better out of hand sanitizer or soap and water. Our class made boards about our work. I found making the board challenging because when we were getting our results from our bread not all of them had bacteria on them. I also found it hard because it was my first time doing this thing. We put our work for our doc on to our boards and took them to our Wharea and today the 9th of August we are presenting our work to our school.

Practising for cross country

This term our school is practising for Cross Country. We had a track planned for us to run for cross country. We had to run around our school field, our pump track and our court 2 times. We were getting timed to we had to run as fast as we could. I run it 4 times my first time was 5.58 my second time was 4.42 my third time was 4.32 and my last time was 4.14. I enjoyed running because I got new times every time I ran. I also liked that I came 2 the 4th time. I didn’t like the third time because we just had cake before we ran and I had a meke stitch. So I didn’t give run the hole way. When I ran to the end it was fast and the teachers were so proud of me for trying my best.
